How will I communicate with my VA daily?
Skype and Google Hangouts are the common main tools that we and our clients use to communicate real-time. Although, some clients preferred to use their own specific dialer (softphone system) assigned to their VAs for communication as well.
Do you offer a Part-time VA service?

Although such cases rarely happen, but this process takes up to five (5) days maximum to ensure we provide the highest quality candidates for the next VA.

We operate on a strict no-refund policy, except if you decide to postpone the hiring process after registration and no work has commenced on our end, a full refund minus the payment transaction fee will be granted and processed.
How can I be sure that my VA is performing as expected?
To ensure our VA service maintains its value, we provide a weekly improvement and development plan that gives a comprehensive rundown and unique overview of your VA’s performance for the entire week. It also serves as an accurate communication structure to determine certain challenges and to help manage your VA effectively.
In addition, VAs are required to send their 'Start of Day Report' (SOD) and 'End of Day Report' (EOD) which outlines all the entire tasks completed for the day. This will also help you manage the projects and priorities for your VA. I have some specific questions.

As part of our general qualification, we require all aspiring virtual assistants to have at least six (6) months experience working as a Home-based VA or at least 1-year experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting. This will simplify the procedure of determining the level of their exposure and knowledge to work as a reliable virtual associate.
