TERMS & CONDITIONS
You, the client, acknowledge and agree to provide the agency, WorkLink VAs, accurate and complete information when you register.
As soon as the sourcing/match-making process has started, any changes in the Job Description or VA position will no longer be allowed.
WorkLink VAs will supervise, train (U.S. Culture, basic tools, and other listed training materials) your VA in an HR capacity only, it is acknowledged that it is the clients responsibility to train and manage them on a day to day basis.
15-DAY GUARANTEE
In the event that the hired VA does not perform satisfactorily, resigns or goes AWOL within 15 days from their official start date, WorkLink VAs guarantees to send a second batch of qualified candidates free of charge.
If the 15-Day Guarantee has been utilized and obtain a second batch, there is no more 15-Day Guarantee to follow.
PRICING
WorkLink VAs reserves the right to change pricing at any time, and the services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
Co-managed services will be agreed upon and fixed for a 12 month period and reviewed.
TOOLS/MATERIALS
You, the client, acknowledge and agree to provide the necessary tools/materials needed for the job which can include, but not limited to soft phone systems, CRMs, calendars, software, groupware, shareware, cloud services, generated leads (unless assigned as part of the task), additional equipment, etc.
REFUND REQUESTS
We operate on a strict no-refund policy, except for in the cases below:
1. In cases where a client decides to postpone hiring a VA after registration, and no work has commenced on our end, a full refund minus the payment processing fee will be granted and processed.
2. The client wishes to postpone the hiring process, in which case we shall hold open the payment of service for three (3) months. If within three (3) months the client hasn’t utilized the services, the registration, service payment and payment processing fee will be forfeited.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
WorkLink VAs is not liable for the actions of the people it helps to find work. Hiring staff with the use of our service allows you to work directly and independently with your selected VA staff without the company’s direct involvement. Please work with them using your best judgment in any and all cases.
WORKLINK VAS DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT,OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOU’RE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE WORKLINK VAS SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WORKLINK VAS SERVICE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WORKLINK VAS DOES NOT REPRESENT OR GUARANTEE THAT WORKLINK VAS' SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM LOSS, CORRUPTION, ATTACK, VIRUSES, INTERFERENCE, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSION, AND WORKLINK VAS DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY RELATING THERETO.
MISCELLANEOUS
You agree to give a minimum of 10 days notice should you wish to cancel your contract with one of our VA’s unless it is for gross misconduct, in which case it can be immediate after consultation with WorkLink VAs.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WorkLink VAs and governs your use of the service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services.
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. WorkLink VAs' failure to enforce any right or provisions in this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such or any other provision.
WorkLink VAs will not be held responsible for failures to fulfill any obligations due to causes beyond its control.
